WHAT IS THE CNC OR COMPUTER CUT HEAT TRANSFER
PROCESS?
In this process we use a CNC computer piloted
knife to cut designs into colored application material.
The negative space is removed from the design and then the
garment is loaded into a heated press. The press
is set to a specific temperature and pressure and to make
a long story short the end result is an Extremely durable
custom designed garment that will last for many years to
come.
CAN YOU HEAT TRANSFER ONTO DARK COLORS, COTTONS, POLYESTER

YES, This process allows us to use apply custom
designs onto almost any material garments regardless of it's
color.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT COLOR TRANFER MATERIALS?
YES, We keep common colors in stock and we
have the ability to special order a variety of metallic,
sparkle, and florescent transfer materials.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND SHIP A
T SHIRT?
We custom make each one of our T-shirts. All
orders are CNC cut the week they are received and shipped
the following week via USPS 1st Class and USPS PRIORITY MAIL
on orders of 3 or more t shirts. Sublimation shirts are printed
to order and can take up to 7 business days to ship.
